Frequently Asked Questions

Will I suffocate?

Not unless you're secretly a fish.

Your body’s got ancient wisdom built in, if your nose clogs up, it’ll wake you up (annoying, but effective). Plus, our tape is skin-safe, hypoallergenic, and breathable. Still unsure?

Try it during the day first while meditating, working, or pretending to listen in Zoom calls.

How does it actually work?

By reminding your body how it was meant to breathe.

When you tape your mouth shut, your body naturally defaults to nasal breathing. This activates your diaphragm, filters air, boosts nitric oxide, and helps you drop into deeper rest. Basically, ancient tech for modern stress.

Can this help with my snoring?

Your partner just fist-pumped.

Snoring is often a mouth-breathing side effect. Seal the lips, open the nostrils, and suddenly... silence.

Don’t be surprised if you get thanked in the morning or get promoted sleeping in the same bed again.

How long before I notice the benefits?

Feel the shift. Sometimes in one night.

Your breath changes and suddenly, so does everything else. It’s not sorcery, just ancient biology doing what it’s meant to.

Some feel it fast and never look back. Others take a few nights to wonder how they ever slept without it.

What if I have allergies?

Your nose will thank you later.

Consistent nasal breathing trains your airways to open up. Like yoga, but for your face. Many allergy-prone humans find that using tape over time helps reduce congestion naturally. Start during the day, work your way into the night.

Is it safe for sleep apnea?

Inhala is a ritual, not a replacement.

If you’ve been diagnosed with sleep apnea, consult your doctor first. We’re not here to override CPAPs but many use our tape alongside nasal masks for added airflow support. Think of it as spiritual and structural reinforcement.

Is this just for men?

Breath knows no gender.

INHALA is for anyone seeking better sleep, more energy, and deeper presence. Our community is filled with women, men, and everyone in between all seeking stillness, vitality, and a break from the chaos.

Can kids use INHALA Tape?

Only if they’re old enough and ready.

We love the idea of teaching mindful breathing early. But tape is not recommended for children under 5.

For older kids, always supervise and introduce it gently, like a bedtime ritual. Talk to your pediatrician first. Every little body is different, respect that, honor that.
